My sister and her husband recommended Marc. They are not only a customer of Marc, but also good friends in a short time. When I decided to buy a diamond ring I contacted him straight away. Buying such things are not so easy since you have to have a full confidence in the seller from the beginning to the end. From the first moment, he provided us all the necessary information, gave us the best professional advice. Marc was a joy to work with. He makes you feel good about the purchase you making and makes it educational and fun. Marc is one of the best jewelers I have ever dealt with. I have returned to him over and over again for jewelry/diamonds regardless of what others are offering. The quality of his work is top notch and I've never seen diamonds sparkle quite like his cuts. Also, all of his jewelry is hand-made and crafted which is an added bonus. Recently, a purchase of mine was held up by Customs, but with Marc's hard work and determination, he got it cleared and released without any end all issues. I originally purchased my three diamond ring in person with Marc in Antwerp a few years back and at the time he exceeded all of my expectations with the quality and price of the diamonds and the overall craftmanship of his hand made setting. Recently, I worked directly with Marc over email to upgrade the original ring I purchased from him. He worked diligently with me to get the ring to and from the US, through both countries customs and kept me up to date with all the progress. Besides a few Custom delays, the process was easy and seamless. Once I received the final resetting of the ring, with added diamonds, I was blown off of my feet with again the quality of his work, the ring is amazing! The prices are just right and it is a great touch to have worked with Marc and his team of jewelry staff, especially from Antwerp, the diamond capitol of the world. I promise to continue to work with Marc further down the road for future purchases and would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is interested in purchasing high quality diamonds with great handmade touches to the settings! My partner and I were in search of the perfect diamond and ring. I heard about Marc through a friend, made an appointment and went to see Marc in his Antwerp office. Marc's range of diamonds contacts within the diamond industry was extensive and impressive, we were very particular about the diamond that we wanted and Marc sourced it exactly. It is the perfect diamond. Marc then referred us to a local jeweler, we explained to Marc and the jeweler the diamond setting that we wanted. This finished product is better than we could have expected. Marc is patient and endeavors to understand the specific requirements of his customers. His attention to detail throughout the whole process makes such a large transaction seamless.

Having decided to make a commitment to my girfriend in terms of getting engaged, I started correspondence with Marc Daems, I had little knowledge of diamonds. I used the site to learn the basics then discussed with Marc my budget and requirements. With this in mind Marc suggested a number of stones he felt would be suitable but emphasised that a diamond is an investemnt and a personal choice.. A stone was selected, bought, ring mount selcted, stone set all with the help of Marc. The result has been a perfect Engagement Ring that Tracy is proud to wear and continues to receive admiring comments and glances. All in all this was a major event and experience for me but Marc made someting happen and I would fully recommend both He and the comapny in terms of the quality service, help and the quality of stones.

We met Marc Daems over the internet through his web site while looking for an engagement diamond of about 1 carat. We had looked in Houston (our home town) and was not pleased with the quality or price. We discovered that Antwerp had the diamonds with the cut and clarity that we were looking for. Since we currently live in London we felt we could purchase our diamond in Antwerp ourselves! Don't kid yourself, unless you really know what you're doing and have ALOT of time there is no way a person could sort through the rif raf there and find the good reputable people. We personally met Marc in Antwerp to view chosen diamonds from an extensive list that included prices. After choosing 2 diamond we liked we asked that he hold them for a few days while we decided, which he did with no deposit. We again met Marc and purchased our diamond from him, but you must know that was after 36 E-mails (Marc counted them). Each and everyone was carfully answered with thought and honesty by Marc personally. After spending months looking for a wedding ring we are returning to have Marc make my ring! I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed doing buisness so much with one person. We totally trust him and will not hesitate to purchase stones and jewelry from Marc in the future.
